The June Limited edition kit is full of the new Prima Collection Havana, it's a beautiful collection.

Best Day Ever Layout for 2Crafty Chipboard

Hi everyone. Today I have made this soft girly layout for 2Crafty Chipboard. 

The 2Crafty Chipboard used:

Flourish Clock Face

Best Day Ever Title

Spring Flower Bunches

Palm Leaves

To alter the chipboard I started by embossing the Flourish Clock Face with white embossing power.

I covered both the Best Day Ever title and the Spring Flower Bunches in white gesso. I then coloured the Spring Flower Bunches with a red watercolour. I like that watercolours can give both the dark and light tones for a colour.

I used just a very light coat of the Prima Metallique Paint in Vintage Rose on the Best Day Ever Title to give it a faint pink colour.

On the Palm Leaves I used a mix of the Prima Paints in Unicorns Hair and Opal Blue Gold for a shiny finish.

I embellished my layout with die cut doilies, resin frames, lace and flowers

This layout was inspired by the gorgeous Maja Mood Board for May 
Using the Maja Summertime Collection, I used the papers: Greenery, Is always the best & Flowers everywhere

EmbraceToday - For Bella Paperie

Hi All. Today I have a layout I made for Bella Paperie with the I Love Vintage collection from a Polish company called Craft & You Design. Bella Paperie now stocks several paper collections from Craft & You and they are all gorgeous.

I have used the I Love Vintage paper 05 as the background, paper 02 is the purple strip down the middle and I used paper 06 to back my photo.

I have also used 2Crafty chipboard, the pieces used were:

Frame Viney Circles - I used the piece from in between the largest 2 frames

The chipboard was all covered with white gesso before I coloured it with Prima Watercolor sets

Capture - A layout for 2Crafty Chipboard and Bella Paperie

Hi all, today my layout is made for 2Crafty Chipboard and also Bella Paperie. This paper collection is new to Bella Paperie and its the Rose Garden collection from Craft & You. It's a very beautiful paper collection.

Here is the 2Crafty Chipboard I used:

Mini Word Set 1

Angel Wings

Holly Vine Borders

Frames Tiny Kathleen's 

I prepped all the chipboard with white gesso before adding colour. On the Holly Vine Borders I used the Prima Opal Magic Paint in Blue-Gold, I then added a rhinestone trim down the center of the border

On the Frames Tiny Kathleen's I used the Prima Metallique Paint in Vintage Rose. For the Title and the Angel Wings pieces I added just a very light coat of colour using the Treasure colour from the Prima Shimming Lights watercolour set.

The background paper is Rose Garden 03, and I used the 02 & 05 papers to fussy cut out the rose images. All the lace, flowers and Bird moulds are from Bella Paperie. I used the Prima Dies to cut the leaves and doily.

My Creative Scrapbook May Limited Edition Kit Reveal - Incudes Video Tutorial

Hi all. It's reveal time for the May My Creative Scrapbook kits!!!

The limited edition kit this month was full of the totally gorgeous Love Story Collection by Prima.

I have made 3 layouts and 2 cards with this kit and my pics are all below

First up is my layout "So In Love". I made a video tutorial for this one, I hope you enjoy it.

Here is my second layout "Sweet"

I used all the goodies from the kit, I love layering with the empherma pieces. Pearls and white wire from my own stash.

My third layout "To Cute" uses more of the teal and cream colours from the kit, I added some dark brown to make it more masculine. I used the butterfly stamp from last months kit to make the butterflies. 

Finally I made 2 cards with the left over pieces from the kit

Remember Layout for Bella Paperie

Hi, Today I have a layout to share that I made foe Bella Paperie using the 13Arts paper collection - Until Dawn. 

I used the Until Dawn paper Days and Nights as the background paper, plus I fussy cut images from the All Good Things paper. 

On this layout I used 2Crafty Chipboard. I primed all my chipboard with white gesso before I coloured them with Prima watercolour paints.
