We have some absolutely beautiful scrapbook projects for you to see today !!

First up in my layout for this months Sketch

To make this layout I used the Kaisercraft Sliver Bells Collection papers in Joy and Frosty plus the coordinating sticker sheet. For my background I used the Kaisercraft Festive Quarters stencil from the Mediums add on kit, then I added colour with the Pearl Ex mica powder in sliver (also from the medium add on kit) plus some grey sprays from my stash. I took the Bo Bunny laser cut snowflake chipboard pieces and primed them with white gesso, then I added some gel medium to stick on some white glitter. For my embellishing I used the Plastic snowflake, Kaisercraft rhinestones in Silver and the  Petaloo Vintage Velvet Poinsettia in White from the main Kit. From the embellishment add on kit I used the Prima Sliver leaves, Blue Fern Winter Page Dangles chipboard, Prima Trim, and  Grey lace. I added a few flowers from my stash as well.

Here is this months amazing sketch

For my second layout I've used a photo of my adorable baby Nephew.

To make this I started by spraying on some Turquoise and Sliver mists from my stash, I used the flourish section on the Kaisercraft Festive Quarters Stencil (which came in the mediums add on kit) with texture paste. The I used the Bauble section of the same stencil with a Grey Gelato, then I added some random stamping on top. I used the Kaisercraft Silver Bells Paper in Carol and Wonderland, plus the coordinating sticker sheet and tag. To colour my chipboard title I used the Jacquard Lumiere 3D paint in Turquoise from the main kit. To embellish I used the Petaloo Vintage Velvet Peonies in Teal, The Petaloo Vintage Velvet Minis in White and the Kaisercraft mini roses from the Flower add on kit. The Prima Sliver leaves are from the embellishment add on kit and I added lots of the amazing bling that came all though the kits.

An finally today I have the Christmas decoration that came in the Project add on kit.

I started of by covering the snowflake from the Project add on kit with gesso before I added some white crackle paste. Next I added the Pearl Ex mica powder in Rose Gold (which came in the Mediums add on Kit) and water into the spray bottle that came in the same kit. I sprayed the mist onto the snowflake. And finally I gave the whole thing a coat of the Folk Art Extreme Glitter Paint in sliver - this is such pretty paint!!!! To embellish I used the sliver bells and crystal drops from the Project add on kit. I also used the Sliver berry spray from the embellishment add on kit along with some white and grey flowers from my stash. (sorry the photos aren't the best this was harder to photograph that I imagined)

My Reindeer Family

Hi everyone, today I'm on the Scrap FX blog to share  my Reindeer family with you.

I made these using the new release Reindeer shapes in Large Medium and Small.

P1060882 adjusted

To make these I started off by covering the body pieces with paper. I used Maja Designs papers in the Home For The Holidays collection. Daddy Reindeer is covered with Family paper, Mummy Reindeer is covered with Happy New Year paper and Baby Reindeer is covered with the Love The Snow paper. I used my distressing tool to distress around the edges.
Next I painted the antlers with white gesso and then I added a coat of Finnabair Snowflake paste. On the main body pieces I used the Snowflake paste again with a flourish stencil.
And to finish these off I glued on some flowers and pearls.

This is Daddy Reindeer, I used the Reindeer Large (2015376L)

Swirlydoos Kit Club November Second Reveal

Hi there. today I have more projects to share made with the gorgeous Swirlydoos November 2014 Kit - Scarlet elegance.

First up is a layout.

To start this layout I used the Prima Stone Walkway stencil from the Swirlydoos October 2015 Mediums add on kit with the Finnabair white crackle paste from the November 2015 (Scarlet Elegance) mediums add on kit.
Once this was dry I added colour with the Prima Oil Pastels which came in the November 2015 project add on kit. I love these!!!! The colours I used were Lavender, Magenta, Orange and Salmon Pink.
To make the photo mat I used the Prima Watercolour Paper from the project add on kit along with the same oil pastels then inked the edges with Distress Ink. I also used the oil pastels to colour the white flowers that came in the project add on kit

To embellish I used the Melissa Frances resin frame from the October Project add on kit, and the Kaisercraft collectables from the November Embellishment add on. Along with extra flowers, lace, pearls, glass beads and glitter from my stash.

Next up I made three cards using the Prima Paintables and Oil Pastels from the Scarlet Elegance Project add on kit

I attended a crop night and didn't feel like creating much so I sat and coloured in these paintables for a couple of hours instead. It's very relaxing. I scribbled the oil pastels onto my craft mat and used a watercolour paint brush to add the colour onto the picture.
Once I was finished colouring them I used paper from the November 2015 (Scarlet Elegance) main kit to back the card, and added flowers, lace and pearls from my own stash.
