Shine Bright Layout for 2Crafty Chipboard

Hi everyone. Sadly today is my last post for 2Crafty, I have loved creating with this gorgeous chipboard and want to thank Vanessa and Di for having me on this amazing team.
This layout is based around the Circular Leafy Frame chipboard piece, it's just so beautiful. I've had it sitting in my stash for a while now and was unsure how to use it, but I finally figured it out.

The 2Crafty Chipboard Used:
Circular Leafy Frame
Shine Bright Title
Mini Squiggly Bits
Palm Leaves

I started off this layout by coating the Circular Leafy Frame, Shine Bright Title and Mini Squiggly Bits of chipboard in white gesso. I used the Prima watercolours in Woodlands to add colour to the frame. I added blue tones in a random and uneven manner, I really like this variation in colour which gives the frame more interest. With the Shine Bright Title and Mini Squiggly Bits of chipboard I added some gold texture paste while the gesso was still wet, this gives just a light hint of gold. To the Palm leaves I added a deep green watercolour to the raw chipboard.

"You Make Me Happy" Canvas for 2Crafty Chipboard

Hi all. Today I'm here to share a canvas I made, while this canvas may look complicated it was actually very simple to make. To make it all I needed was 6 pieces of chipboard, 9 flowers and 1 watercolour paint set.

The 2Crafty Chipboard I used was:
You Make me Happy title
6" Circle revolution frames
Amelia Flower Stem Large
Chloe's Vines
Film Strip Medium

I used the Prima watercolour set Woodlands to colour my canvas and chipboard pieces. I just added the watercolour straight onto the raw chipboard. I like how the colour soaks in unevenly to the  give a variation in colour to each piece of chipboard.
The 6" Circle revolution frames (Only half of the medium circle was used) and the Film Strips medium were coloured with the black watercolour from the set. The You Make me Happy title, Amelia Flower Stem Large and Chloe's Vines were coloured in a teal watercolour. I wanted the title to be a little lighter so it would stand out, to do this I added some white gesso to it.
